Question: What's the best backup solution for a small business?
Context: I work for a small business that uses Google Workspace and we want to backup our shared drive (440 GB). The apps available on Google Marketplace (Backupify, SpinOne, Spanning, etc) require purchasing licenses for ALL users, which is a bit cost-prohibitive for us. We just want to backup the admin-user’s shared drive—preferably daily.
My boss suggested an external hard drive, and I would love some feedback or recommendations, for an external HD or otherwise. Also, If an external HD is your rec, how much storage should we get?
TLDR; Small business here (10 people) that wants to back up Google Workspace (440 GB) but can’t afford multiple app licenses.
