I was pretty impressed with Zendesk at first for my shopify business. As a small business owner, I was excited to not spend a ton and have a good help desk platform that let me easily see customer value and reply to their messages quickly. As my trial came to an end, I noticed almost every good feature was locked behind a pretty premium pay wall which I couldn't reason paying given the number of CS requests I get.
